The mandala vinyasa practice encourages you to explore every element of yourself, to discover your inherent nature and observe how movement compliments or challenges your true self. Based on the Mayan calendar, we will visit a different element each day and awaken it’s energy through movement, breath and meditation. This is a beautiful practice to help you reconnect with nature and find a deeper appreciation of the world around you, ultimately leading to a feeling of greater wellbeing.
Our venue is located in beautiful Nosara, atop a hill overlooking a river valley that opens up to views of the Pacific Ocean and epic sunsets. At Rayos Del Sol, the air is a little cooler and pleasant breezes carry in the sound of crashing waves, birds chirping and howler monkeys calling. As they say in Costa Rica, Pura Vida (meaning ‘Pure Life’) all day long.
Every morning you have the option to join us for sunrise meditation
Morning - 75 minute sunrise mandala class followed by plant-based brunch
During the day, you have the option to join excursions, including ATV tours through the jungle, canopy walks through the tree tops of the surrounding nature, surf trips to the local beaches or escape room. You can also choose to laze by the pool, or walk around the beautiful grounds.
1pm Plant-based lunch
Evening - 75 minute sunset restorative yoga with pranayama and/or mediation
7pm Plant-based buffet style dinner
Mid-week we will hold a fire ceremony to set intentions, ending the week
with an ecstatic dance and Cacao ceremony.

Sarah is an Irish yogi, who after eight years working in the City as a stock broker, decided to follow her heart and pursue a life of yoga. Her own personal yoga practice became a powerful tool to help balance to the intensity of city life and she soon realised she was far more passionate about sharing this practice of mindfulness through movement than working in finance. Sarah is certified to teach various forms of yoga, having completed close to 700 hours of yoga teacher training. She is also a FRCms (Functional Range Conditioning®️ movement specialist).
Sarah’s background in the corporate world has greatly influenced her teaching. Experiencing first-hand how sitting at a desk for 10 hours a day can impact the body, has lead Sarah to be very focused on activation and building strength and mobility. Sarah's teaching spans both ends of the spectrum, from meditation to getting people into handstands. Her classes are effective, detailed, and playful as Sarah endeavours to create a safe space to encourage and challenge you in unison.

Claudia is an internationally beloved health and wellness maven with a passion for helping everyone she encounters — both in her classes and off the mat - realise their full potential. In her life, yoga was the game-changer that helped her articulate and actualise her own, and it is through her yoga classes, workshops, retreats, and online content that she aims to help others find health and happiness. As a former dancer, she grew up with a love for movement. Which translates to a practice and teaching style that is both strong and graceful, challenging and fluid. Her favourite moments are in seeing people find and blend their true values into their practice.
